Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website located at www.edenlandscapingservice.com or engaging the services of Eden Landscaping Service LLC ("Eden," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Eden Landscaping Service LLC provides lawn care, landscaping, edible garden installation, and related outdoor services in Palm Beach County, Florida. Specific service terms, pricing, and scope of work are outlined in individual proposals and service agreements provided to each client prior to commencement of work.
2. Quotes and Proposals
All quotes and proposals provided by Eden Landscaping Service LLC are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on conditions observed during the property assessment and are subject to change if site conditions differ materially from those observed.
3. Service Scheduling
- Service appointments are scheduled based on mutual availability.
- We will make every reasonable effort to arrive during the scheduled window.
- Weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or safety concerns may require rescheduling. We will notify clients as promptly as possible.
- Clients should ensure property access is available at the scheduled service time.
4. Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your property and service needs
- Ensure safe access to all areas requiring service
- Secure pets and notify us of any hazards or concerns on the property
- Not interfere with our crew while work is in progress
- Make timely payment as agreed upon in the service proposal
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each service proposal. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- One-time services are due upon completion
- Recurring maintenance services are billed monthly
- Installation and landscaping projects may require a deposit prior to commencement
- Late payments may be subject to a late fee
We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $35 processing fee.
6. Cancellation Policy
For recurring maintenance services, either party may cancel with reasonable written notice. For installation projects, cancellations made after work has commenced may be subject to charges for work performed and materials purchased. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns. This does not apply to normal wear, client-directed changes, or conditions outside our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
Eden Landscaping Service LLC is fully licensed and insured. In the event of damage caused by our crew's negligence, we will work with our insurance carrier to resolve the claim. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of repair or replacement of damaged property up to the limits of our insurance coverage.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by factors beyond our control (including weather, pests, disease, or drought), or damage resulting from client-directed work.
9. Website Use
The content on our website is provided for informational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without express written permission from Eden Landscaping Service LLC. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any portion of the website at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
