Eden Landscaping Service LLC ("Eden Landscaping," "we," "our," or "us") is a licensed landscaping company located in Royal Palm Beach, FL. We provide residential and commercial landscaping services throughout the surrounding area.

2. Services Offered
Eden Landscaping Service LLC provides the following services:

- Lawn and landscape cleanups
- Edible garden design and installation
Please note: Eden Landscaping Service LLC does not offer weed control treatments or pest treatment services of any kind. If your property requires weed or pest management, you will need to engage a separate licensed provider.
We reserve the right to decline, modify, or discontinue any service at our sole discretion, including situations where site conditions present a safety hazard to our crew or equipment.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided by Eden Landscaping Service LLC — whether delivered verbally, in writing, by email, by text message, or through our website — are preliminary and non-binding until formally accepted by the customer.
An estimate becomes a binding agreement only when:
- The customer provides explicit written or verbal confirmation of acceptance, and
- Eden Landscaping Service LLC confirms availability and scheduling.
Final pricing may vary from an initial estimate due to factors discovered on-site, including but not limited to: property size discrepancies, additional debris, overgrowth beyond what was described, or changes requested by the customer before or during service.
Any changes to the scope of work after an estimate has been accepted may result in additional charges. We will notify you of any material price adjustments before proceeding.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion of the service, unless a separate payment arrangement has been agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of work.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of scheduling. For recurring services, billing terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
Invoices that remain unpaid beyond the agreed due date may be subject to a late fee and/or suspension of future services. Eden Landscaping Service LLC reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through lawful means, including but not limited to collection agencies or small claims court proceedings.
All prices are in U.S. dollars.
5. SMS and Text Message Communications
By submitting a contact form, scheduling form, or any other inquiry form on our website (www.edenlandscapingservice.com), you consent to receive SMS (text message) communications from Eden Landscaping Service LLC. These messages may include:

6. Scheduling and Cancellations
We strive to honor all scheduled service appointments. To best serve all of our customers, we ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee, at our discretion, to cover crew scheduling and travel costs.
Eden Landscaping Service LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel service appointments due to severe weather, equipment failure, crew availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule at the earliest available time.
No cancellation fee will be charged when we are the initiating party of a reschedule.
7. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure safe and efficient service delivery, customers agree to:
- Ensure clear and safe access to the service area on the scheduled date.
- Notify us in advance of any irrigation systems, buried utilities, landscaping features, or other hazards present on the property.
- Secure or remove pets, fragile decorations, and personal items from work areas prior to our arrival.
- Provide accurate property information when requesting estimates.
Failure to disclose known hazards or site conditions that result in damage to our equipment or injury to our crew may result in the customer being held responsible for associated costs.
8. Limitation of Liability
Eden Landscaping Service LLC carries general liability insurance appropriate to our scope of work. However, our liability is subject to the following limitations:
- Pre-existing conditions: We are not responsible for any pre-existing lawn conditions, plant diseases, pest infestations, soil deficiencies, drainage issues, irrigation defects, or other property conditions that exist prior to our service.
- Natural factors: We are not liable for outcomes resulting from weather events, drought, flooding, soil conditions, or other natural causes outside our control.
- Unmarked hazards: We are not liable for damage to underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other buried features that were not disclosed to us prior to service.
- Third-party damage: We are not responsible for damage caused by third parties before, during, or after service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eden Landscaping Service LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.
In no event shall Eden Landscaping Service LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Property Access and Safety
By scheduling services, you grant Eden Landscaping Service LLC and its employees or contractors the right to access your property for the purpose of performing the agreed-upon services.
Our crew will take reasonable precautions to perform work safely and professionally. However, we reserve the right to pause or stop work if site conditions are deemed unsafe, and we will communicate any concerns to the customer promptly.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the services provided by Eden Landscaping Service LLC shall first be addressed through good-faith communication between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
